1. Controller
The controller under Art. 4(7) DSGVO (GDPR) is Philipp Schlüter, Grabbestr. 5, 33189 Schlangen, Germany. Email: [email protected]. See also the legal notice.
2. Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the requested URL, browser type, referrer and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site securely. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO, our legitimate interest in a stable and secure site. We rely on a data processing agreement with Cloudflare (Art. 28 DSGVO). Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF), under which Cloudflare is certified.
We do not combine this data with other data and we do not use it to build profiles.
3. Cookies, storage and third-party scripts
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising scripts and no tracking tools. It loads no fonts, scripts or images from other sites. If you choose the dark theme, your browser stores that choice in local storage on your device. It never leaves your device, and it is allowed without consent under § 25(2) TDDDG.
4. Links to other sites and affiliate links
Some pages link to provider sites. Some of those links are affiliate links, for example to kie.ai. See the affiliate disclosure. When you click a link you leave this site. The provider is then responsible for its own data processing and may set cookies. We have no control over it. Read the provider's privacy policy.
5. Contact by email
If you write to us, we store your address and your message to answer you (Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO, or Art. 6(1)(b) if it relates to a contract). We delete it when your inquiry is resolved, unless a legal duty to keep it applies.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 DSGVO). Write to [email protected] to use them.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO). The competent authority for our business is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen, Kavalleriestr. 2-4, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany (ldi.nrw.de).
